![]() With the World Jam Pack I got an endless loop of those message windows in a diagonal down to the right ad infinitum. As I said above, 5 of the 6 packs installed without incident (except for the error message window about Plist Buddy which only appeared once with a couple of the installs). I have all 6 jam packs installed on my Mac running Lion. (Of course the jam packs could be installed prior to upgrading to Lion, but it's not out of the realm of possibility that a fresh install might need to be done after Lion is installed, or if I get a new computer to replace my current one.). Does this mean these Jam Packs will be impossible to install on Lion, or is there some workaround? To my knowledge it's just the older installer packages that are dependent on Rosetta, not the loops/software instruments themselves. But I've noticed that the installers for the various GarageBand Jam Packs require Rosetta (you'll get insistent prompts to install Rosetta while installing Jam Packs if it isn't present already). I understand that Lion will not support PowerPC apps under Rosetta. Can anyone help me with this problem? Thank you very much in advance! I've tried removing it from the install package, but the installation just sits there looking for the file and won't complete without it. And no trouble installing on MacOS X 10.8.x. ![]() I've read some posts that discuss the Jam Packs being discontinued. First, loops are not installed in the same place as Jam Pack 1, 2, and 3. ![]() Introducing Jam Pack, an add-on music content package for Apple's. Is there any way at all to install this Jam Pack without having to install this 'PlistBuddy' file? The other day, I purchased the World Music Jam Pack for GarageBand, but I cannot install it apparently, because there is a file inside called 'PlistBuddy' that is no longer compatible with Lion, and the installation goes fine until it gets to that file, and then it riddles my screen with pop up after pop up saying it's incompatible with Lion now and cannot install, and I have to restart.
